With over 25 years of experience, Michael has done it all, from framing houses to nailing shingles. His wife Martina also has degrees and extensive knowledge in Engineering and Architecture. With their experience and backgrounds, you can be rest assured that your every detail in your dream home is accounted for.

Ashley has a passion for interior design with an eye for style! As a recent new homeowner herself, she is always up to date with latest trends and timeless looks. Marco is a Jack of all trades. Before beginning a career in IT, Marco followed his father around from new house to new house, installing flooring for many prominent local builders. With a construction background and IT education, you can find Marco doing it all, from keeping Belcasa up to date with the latest technology to installing beautiful hardwood floors.

Customer Relations
Emily leads the team in sales and customer relations. She has been in the customer service industry for over 15 years and is an expert in listening and addressing customer’s concerns and requests. This girl is available to answer any questions you might have. She loves helping people turn their dream home into a reality.
